Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by The Data Entry Team LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, or any related platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Our Services
The Data Entry Team LLC provides remote staffing and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions to businesses across the United States and Canada.
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Connecting businesses with skilled remote team members for administrative, data entry, and operational support tasks.
Coordinating client communication, training, and performance follow-up with assigned remote staff.
Providing ongoing account support and service management to ensure client satisfaction.
We do not provide payroll services, HR management, employee benefits administration, or legal employment arrangements. All remote staff work under independent service agreements and are not employees of our clients.
Fees and Payments
All fees are clearly stated in client agreements or invoices. Clients agree to pay for Services on a subscription basis, billed according to the hourly rate and plan selected at the start of service.
Payments are processed automatically through the subscription method chosen by the client (credit/debit card or ACH). By subscribing, you authorize The Data Entry Team LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
Payment terms, renewal periods, and cancellation policies are detailed in your invoice or service agreement. Timely payments are required to maintain uninterrupted access to Services.
No Refund Policy
Because our billing is based on the productive hours worked by remote staff, we do not offer refunds for Services already rendered.
If you experience any issues with a remote team member or the quality of service, please contact us immediately at info@thedataentryteam.com
. We will review the matter promptly and work to find a fair resolution, such as reassignment or performance review.
However, hours already worked cannot be refunded. This policy ensures transparency and fairness in compensating our remote professionals for their completed work.
No Chargebacks Policy
To maintain a fair and transparent business relationship, clients agree not to initiate or threaten chargebacks through their bank, card issuer, or payment processor for any reason related to Services provided by The Data Entry Team LLC.
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:
Suspend all ongoing Services,
Report the account as delinquent, and
Pursue collection or legal remedies as necessary.
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns directly and amicably.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of providing or receiving Services.
The Data Entry Team LLC will not share, sell, or disclose any confidential client information or data without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Services by providing written notice of at least 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon termination, any outstanding balances for Services already rendered must be paid in full.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if:
Payment is overdue,
The client engages in chargeback disputes without notice, or
There is misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Data Entry Team LLC provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or results of any remote staff or subcontractor.
While we carefully review and recommend talent, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, productivity levels, or business results. Clients are responsible for managing their assigned remote staff and verifying the accuracy and quality of completed work.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Data Entry Team LLC, its members, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for Services during the one (1) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clients acknowledge that The Data Entry Team LLC functions as a staffing facilitator and not as an employer, co-employer, or guarantor of any remote worker’s performance.
Changes to Terms
The Data Entry Team LLC may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by email or website notice.
Continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using our Services, you agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
